Old to new red oak

I've been in this business for about 40 years. And it never ceases to amaze me the difference on what Sandy an old floor does. All of the Niewood gets brought back to life after sanding. This floor was no exception had had multiple layers of carpet over the years. The corners had so many broken off Staples I had to send them I couldn't scrape them. Just a lot of extra work. The floor now has the first coat of Paulman magical oil in gray color. Tomorrow it's going to have magical oil and white applied over the top and then it'll be already for the client to take the house back. Hooray
