Rug marks on maple floor

The sun can really do some damage. Change the color of the wood, especially when it comes to maple. Take a lot of extra sanding to get it out. Here is the before

Using clips Lacing in wood floor

Using clips or spacers is the only way to bring a new floor along at the same rate, when the old floor has gaps or spaces. Once the clips are pulled the floor will relax and the new floor will look like the original wood floor

Lacing in

Just starting a floor installation project. 1 1/2 white select plain sawn. 15 feet of lacing to bring the floor into this kitchen area. Floor is to be a dark espresso color.
